skyflow-jfrogconsistently in both modules and the internal release workflow. - Consolidates Shade executions under one plugin declaration per module, preserving comparison-only jars.

Goal
Internal releases to Artifactory have failed with
HTTP Status: 401on every run since 8 October, for both skyvault and flowvault. This PR makes them publish again. Why it became an issue
Nothing in the repo changed. The GitHub
ubuntu-24.04runner image published on 4 October upgraded Maven from 3.9.16 to 3.10.0, and two things Maven 3.9 only warned about are now fatal:centralis bound to Maven Central. Our jfrog profile reusedcentralfor the Artifactory repository, so Maven loggedNot using credentials of server 'central' for repository https://prekarilabs.jfrog.io/...and sent the upload with no credentials. Artifactory returned 401. The secrets themselves were valid.maven-shade-plugintwice, which now fails the build before it starts. What we fixed
flowvault/pom.xml,skyvault/pom.xml: the jfrog profile's deploy repository id is nowskyflow-jfroginstead ofcentral..github/workflows/internal-release.yml:server-id: skyflow-jfrog, so the credentials are written under the matching id.flowvault/pom.xml,skyvault/pom.xml: the twomaven-shade-pluginentries are merged into one plugin with two executions. Same configuration, same jars. Not affected
The public release path.
release.ymland themaven-centralprofile keepcentral, and the Sonatype upload goes throughcentral-publishing-maven-plugin, which is outside Maven's credential scoping. Published artifacts are unchanged.Verified with Maven 3.10.0 locally
Both modules build with no duplicate-plugin error, the internal deploy now attaches the credentials, and the public profile behaves as before.
