Use an available Logback release

When any GitHub smoke-test matrix job resolves testRuntimeClasspath, this version cannot be downloaded: the configured repositories use Maven Central (or its Artifactory mirror) plus Sonatype snapshots, but Maven Central lists 1.6.5 as the newest release and Logback also identifies 1.6.5 as current. Consequently every ./gradlew :smoke-tests:test job fails during dependency resolution before tests start; keep 1.6.5 or wait until 1.6.6 is actually published.
