Adds .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml to the organization default community health files, so every public shotgunsoftware repository without its own issue templates shows two contact links on the "New issue" chooser page: - the Flow Production Tracking community forum, for questions and how-to help - Autodesk Support, for anything needing a support case Blank issues stay enabled, so filing a regular issue is still possible.
