This PR enhances the Tracks and Staging Patches documentation by embedding a new Arcade walkthrough video that demonstrates how to push a patch to a staging track.
Following our documentation guidelines, the interactive guide is positioned at the top of the relevant sections in both
tracks.mdxandstaging-patches.mdx, ensuring users have immediate access to a visual walkthrough before diving into the CLI commands.
