Add: Escape Key to Cancel, Stop <a> navigation, Select Contents

Hey guys, great little plugin. I've made a couple of mods over the last couple of days to make it easier to use in my project. Feel free to include in the next version - see attached.

1. prevents navigation if editing a link
2. escape key reverts back to original
3. When edit begins the whole text field contents are selected. Easier to update this way
