I'm a research scientist at the MATRIX AI Consortium, where I work on uncertainty quantification and evaluation for clinical AI. I'm also a co-founder at Selja Health, a startup that spun out of that work and is building clinical decision support for trauma transfers. Before that I did my PhD at Johns Hopkins in the NeuroData lab, on hypothesis testing for high-dimensional data. The pinned repos below are from that PhD work that I helped create and maintained: hyppo and treeple.
