What and why

Stacked on #27.

Adds an Outline tab (Mod+Shift+O) with the headings, figures and labels of the document. It starts at the main file and follows #include, so chapters in other files show up in place. Clicking an entry opens the file at that spot, and the entry the cursor is in gets highlighted.

It uses the Typst parser that codemirror-lang-typst already ships instead of tinymist, so it also works on view-only links and doesn't wait for the language server to start.

Checklist

  • The checks in CONTRIBUTING.md pass locally
  • Docs updated if behaviour, configuration or a known limit changed
  • No changes under fixtures/compat/, and a format change follows Compatibility
