Grafana marks requests from dashboard panel actions with `X-Grafana-Action: 1` and refuses such requests on its own API with 405. The ops proxy's `auth_request` forwarded the header to `/grafana/api/user`, so the session check failed and every control returned 500 for signed-in users. The session subrequest now clears the header.

Reproduced on the gateway: with a session cookie and `X-Grafana-Action: 1`, `GET /grafana/api/user` returns 405 and a drain returns 500. Without the header, the same drain reaches the gateway.

Grafana marks a panel action's request with X-Grafana-Action and refuses
such requests on its own API with 405. auth_request forwarded the header
to /api/user, so every signed-in control answered 500.
