Before

The app's CI workflow pins actions/checkout@v7 with nothing to tell us when it's behind.

After

Dependabot opens a weekly pull request for action updates, as chek-reader already has.

How

.github/dependabot.yml with the github-actions ecosystem only. Chek Reader is referenced from the Xcode project, which Dependabot can't update, so its version keeps moving by hand.

Checks

  • The app builds for the iOS Simulator (no app code changed; CI confirms)
  • The README and AGENTS.md reflect any change to requirements, usage or conventions

#3)

Lands three pull requests in one:

- #4 Pin Chek Reader to its 0.1.0 release instead of main, so any
reader push can't break the app's next build and an App Store build
is reproducible. Package.resolved records the tag's commit.
- #5 chore(l10n): fill the String Catalog and localize the Info.plist.
- #3 Weekly Dependabot updates for the actions CI uses.
