FixtureBuilder's README still identifies Chad Woolley as the current maintainer, which no longer reflects the project's ownership.
This updates the maintainer credits, thanks Chad for his prior stewardship, and adds a prominent note about the upcoming 0.6 release and welcoming contributions.
