Add _redirects rules for /llms/why-radius, /getting-started/claim-and-transact, /quickstart/javascript and /contact, each with trailing-slash and .md variants where the destination is a docs page. How: adds rules to
packages/docs/public/_redirects, in a new section at the end of the file. They follow the existing convention of one rule each for the bare path, the trailing-slash path and the.mdtwin.
