Default setup runs on ubuntu-latest, which GitHub flags as migrating to Ubuntu 26. A committed workflow pins the runner to ubuntu-26.04 while keeping the same languages, default query suite and triggers.

CodeQL default setup runs on
ubuntu-latest, and GitHub shows a notice on every run that the label will migrate to Ubuntu 26. 🛡️ This PR moves the repository to advanced setup so the runner is pinned toubuntu-26.04and the notice goes away. The new workflow mirrors what default setup runs today: the
actionsandpythonlanguages, thedefaultquery suite,build-mode: none, and the same triggers (pushes tomain, pull requests, a weekly schedule, plus manual dispatch). Each language runs as its own matrix job and uploads under its own/language:<lang>category, so existing alerts keep matching. The job only getscontents: readandsecurity-events: write.Rollout
