Retire resume.md (pre-forge session pointer), convention-integration-test- runner (moved verbatim to docs/architecture/testing.md, CLAUDE.md points at it), convention-extension-architecture and behavior-shared-rendering-pipeline (now CLAUDE.md Conventions bullets). Scope seven code rules to src/, webview/ and test/. milkdown-api-boundary drops its stale spike clause and names ADR-001. 32 → 28 rules, 25 → 14 always-on, 3,151 → 1,769 words.
