scripts/release.sh writes the archive, export, DMG and appcast into dist/ and the dSYM zip into symbols/. Neither was ignored, so the verified-publication check added in #25 (`artifact-verify --channel release`, which requires a clean checkout) failed the v0.2.0 release run right after notarization, before anything was published. Local task names and release wrappers currently have different defaults and publication checks. Add a declared command surface with six universal tasks and only supported project capabilities. Native builds default to the app and embedded targets; package-only builds require an explicit target. Existing isolated development and applicable project adapters are preserved.
Archive captures one
YYYY.MMDD.HHMMUTC identity, independently of the marketing version. Export and upload reuse the selected original archive. Publication checks clean tracked/untracked source, original artifact bytes, channel, matching annotated release tags and exact-source CI. Supported legacy publication wrappers share those gates. Xcode Product → Archive and account provisioning remain available. The runtime is vendored and hash-locked, with generated Just recipes, project-local documentation and CI parity. No central repository inventory or internal repository links are included. Native CI compiles the app and embedded targets.
Validation: generated recipes and help/info/check passed; 49 command regressions, applicable existing archive/signing/Fastlane regressions, shell syntax and changed-workflow validation passed. Native CI is running separately. Real signed distribution, notarization and uploads were not exercised. No app release or deployment was triggered.
