We use the default environment variable MAVEN_GPG_PASSPHRASE but setup-java configures it to use GPG_PASSPHRASE by default.

We use the m-gpg-p's default environment variable MAVEN_GPG_PASSPHRASE but setup-java configures it to use GPG_PASSPHRASE by default, if not set explicitly.
