- Contribution PR [#1169](https://github.com/plugwise/plugwise-beta/pull/1169) by @MartvanMale:
- Add a number per preset (Home, Night, Away, Vacation, Anti-frost) to each zone that has its own presets, to set that preset's temperature.
- Gateways with cooling also get a number per preset for its cooling temperature. Changing one resets a manual setpoint on that zone to its active preset.
I couldn’t find a matching GitHub result for `def set_number` and `setpoint` in `plugwise/python-plugwise`. The search doesn’t establish whether the method exists; it may be named differently or defined in a file the search didn’t index.

Raise the manifest minimum to plugwise>=1.16.0.
The manifest still permits plugwise>=1.14.7, but the preset-temperature branch passes setpoint to set_number. Python-plugwise 1.14.7 does not accept that argument, so changing a preset temperature can raise TypeError.

Unfortunately, updating manifest.json like proposed does not work, the hassfest test will throw an error. We need to rely on HA picking up the latest version from Pypi.

@bouwew Understood. My proposed manifest change did not account for the hassfest constraint you described. I will not insist on that change.
The remaining check is whether HA selects plugwise>=1.16.0 on both a fresh installation and an upgrade from an existing installation. The declared range >=1.14.7 permits the newer release, but does not by itself guarantee an upgrade. I have not verified that installation behavior, so the runtime compatibility concern remains unverified.

I'm testing plugwise-beta version v0.66.0b0 on a live HA system, it looks like the update from v0.65.2 went well.
The new numbers are visible in the HA frontend and the added functionalities look to be working.
