Bump express, eslint, eslint-plugin-n, prettier, supertest, linkedom and sanitize-html to the latest releases and refresh the lockfile. sanitize-html 2.18.1 drops its deepmerge dependency, which security scanners flag as CVE-2026-93753. Drop the hard minor-version pins for linkedom and sanitize-html from AGENTS.md and README so the docs stop contradicting package.json. Keep the note that the standalone sanitize-html repository is archived and backports are not expected.
