The bug: summary, compact and markdown-report treated any two changes with the same path and property as duplicates. An enum edit from [a,b] to [a,c] could lose its breaking removal, so summary exited 0 and passed CI. This hit OpenAPI and AsyncAPI.

This changes counts. Petstore moves from 42/18 to 45/19. The three recovered changes are real, including the breaking removal of Pet.name. Tests and docs that pinned the old numbers are updated, including the AGENTS.md note calling the old behaviour correct.

Also:

  • mixed-format history reports get a neutral title
  • macOS temp paths no longer leak into history documents
  • README: AsyncAPI announcement, and the rules example is fixed (multiFormatSchema as written there fails validation)

Builds and passes on current pins. The graph count fix arrives through doctor once that is released and repinned.

Go version unchanged.

Deduplicate on the whole edit so an enum addition and removal both count. Petstore moves to 45 total, 19 breaking. Also title mixed-format history reports neutrally, canonicalize the macOS history root, fix the README rules example and announce AsyncAPI.

Picks up the released fixes, so remote AsyncAPI references resolve and graph counts match the reports.
