Problem
The decrypted viewer lists every plan version as wrapping pills. On mobile that eats the header, especially with many versions.
Change
Replace the pills with the existing shadcn Select on mobile and desktop. The trigger stays
vN; the menu lists versions newest-first and marks latest.Linear Issue

Risk
Low. Version switching still uses
?v=Nand drops the query on latest.
