Problem
The 0.2.3 manifest bump in #17 touched only the Claude and Codex manifests. The repo's agent-pages test pins one version across all three harness manifests and the canonical skill file, so master CI went red.
Change
Bump .grok-plugin/plugin.json and both copies of skills/bitplan/SKILL.md to 0.2.3. Lint and the full test suite pass locally.
