Problem
Codex install surfaces render a plugin's
interface.composerIconandinterface.logo. This plugin either did not declare them or shipped an icon that differs from the emblem published on bopen.ai.Change
Add (or replace)
assets/icon.pngandassets/logo.pngwith the catalog emblem and point the Codex manifest's interface fields at them, per https://developers.openai.com/plugins/build/plugins.Part of OPL-4679.
