This is the Algorithm Development Team (ADT) for OPERA (Observational Products for End-Users from Remote Sensing Analysis), a project at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. OPERA turns satellite radar and optical observations into analysis-ready products covering North America, with some products available globally. The products serve U.S. federal agencies and the wider science and applications community.
Here you'll find the open-source Science Algorithm Software (SAS) behind OPERA's SAR-based products, plus the libraries and tools for generating, validating and using them.
