- markdown: keep line breaks in list items inside the item's paragraph, so such pages can be exported again
- sort keys: never generate "0", which blocked new pages at that level
- sidebar: make drag and drop nest and un-nest pages reliably
- sidebar: add Duplicate to the context menu
