chore(deps): relock campus-api-python to pick up Users.User.update() #47

PR #46 shipped the campus user sub-app, but the lockfile pins campus-api-python at 7e6dd4a (pre-#105), so campus user edit — which calls Users.User.update() — fails on any fresh poetry install with AttributeError.

Both git deps float on branch pins (campus-api-python main, campus weekly); a poetry lock re-resolves them to the current tips (campus-api-python#105 → Users.User.update(), campus weekly → #873's users:* vocabulary).

Relock landed via chore PR. Refs #42, nyjc-computing/campus-api-python#105.
