chore: bump campus-suite for span identity + client names - #40

campus-suite -> 3bdfda9 (weekly): - flask_campus push_context stamps g.user_id/g.client_id so classroom page-load spans carry the app's client and the signed-in user (campus#822, campus#820). - audit UI resolves client names from campus.auth with a cached lookup (campus#821).

Follow-up to #38: picks up campus#821 + campus#822 (campus#820) — classroom page-load spans now carry the app's client id and the signed-in user, and the audit UI resolves client ids to display names with a cached lookup. Lock-only change:
