Step 4 of the coordination plan on nyjc-computing/campus#982 (parent: #970, phase 3 prep). Lock-only change; campus-suite and campus-api-python bumped together in one commit per the #982 standing rule — a mixed relock (suite past the shim deletion with a pre-flip SDK pin) is the only breakage vector this migration leaves, and this commit keeps the pair consistent.
695992d(#120 — json_client importscampus.model.HttpHeader)56ee636(#984 — header models live incampus.model,campus.webauth.modelsshimmed)This pair is internally consistent whether campus#985 (shim deletion) has merged or not, so merge order vs #985 does not matter. No code changes — downstream repos never imported the moved classes directly (verified in the #982 recon).
