chore(deps): relock for campus.yapper injection (#28, campus#981) - #29

campus-suite weekly 1accf6e -> c6f034b: campus.yapper is now self-contained with an injected-credentials create() (campus#981 / campus#970 phase 2). No campus.yapper imports, STORAGE_MODE rigs, or YAPPERDB_URI env vars exist here, so no code change is required (issue #28 assessment holds; verified by app-factory smoke on the new pins). Also picks up campus-api-python main 84d5800 -> 91d674b: login-session token re-acquisition presents Basic only (campus-api-python#117) and JsonClient.authorization is exposed (campus-api-python#119).
