Retry unresolved author associations with exponential backoff so GitHub has time to populate first-time contributor status. Log the elapsed time for each query to show when the status becomes available. Signed-off-by: Filip Skokan <panva.ip@gmail.com>

Log the elapsed time when the status becomes available.
The API consistently returns the right association after a while. This will try with a backoff, echo the time spent waiting so that we may trim down the time spent after a while observing.
This is my last shot at this, if 3.5 minutes of backoff retries isn't enough I'll remove the experiment instead.
