• dop5 and bs dense output do not record delay() history

• nonmem = TRUE: records at the same time should follow file order, as NONMEM does (not the default)

• A steady-state infusion lasting its whole dosing interval ignores alag() at its stop

• linCmt(): steady-state bolus with alag() > ii is still wrong after #1499 (the ODE is now right)

• SS infusion with alag() exactly equal to a multiple of ii drops the record's own lagged infusion

• Steady state integrates part of the cycle with another record's covariates (lagged SS bolus: last record; SS infusion: record at dose + dur)

• A reset (EVID 3/4 or SS = 1) does not cancel a lagged dose recorded before it whose arrival is at or after the reset

  nlmixr2/rxode2#1588 · Filter by author mattfidler opened on Oct 29, 2026

• At an EVID=3/4 reset, cmt(0) is re-seeded with the covariates at t = 0, not the reset record's

• A modeled infusion rate (rate(), RATE = -1) is fixed at dose start; NONMEM re-reads R1 on each interval (NOCB)

• Steady state does not converge when the ODE reads t (result depends on maxSS)

• nocb: a lagged dose carries its record's covariates to its arrival time

  nlmixr2/rxode2#1584 · Filter by author mattfidler opened on Oct 29, 2026

• addl-implied doses evaluate t in f() and alag() at the implied dose time, not NONMEM's record TIME

• An infusion's stop re-evaluates a state-dependent f(), leaving a residual rate

  nlmixr2/rxode2#1568 · Filter by author billdenney opened on Oct 28, 2026

• A reset during an infusion cancels the infusion but not its stop, so the state goes negative

• Seed carried inside an rxControl object bypasses the rxSolve(seed=) handling
