A few things I've helped improve

tcell #1216. Merged. Prevented stray terminal output when st does not support desktop notifications. Recharts #8113. Merged. Made RadialBar render custom background elements and functions instead of ignoring them. i18next #2464. Merged. Preserved nested 0, false and empty-string interpolation values with custom key separators. Black #5635. Merged. Fixed --line-ranges crashes on multi-clause statements with inline bodies and preserved unselected lines.
