NetGraph 0.24.0 is on PyPI with the strict workflow validation that tests/test_current_netgraph_contract.py and tests/integration/test_netgraph_scenarios.py depend on. Raise the floor to ngraph>=0.24.0 in pyproject.toml, README and the changelog.

Validation with published ngraph==0.24.0 and netgraph-core==0.10.0: 315 tests pass (including scenario execution via Scenario.run()), Ruff, Pyright, pre-commit hooks and the four example schemas pass. This closes the four workflow-validation failures carried on main since #2.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

NetGraph 0.24.0 ships the strict workflow validation that the scenario
and workflow contract tests rely on, so the four CI failures pending its
release are resolved with the published package.
