- added the `formatted` number field component - introduced configurable default number format in `nae.json`, default value defined in number-format.ts if app wide default is not configured in nae.json - implemented `NumberFormatter` for custom formatting with decimal and group separators - updated relevant components, services, and tests

Handle invalid digitsInfo before constructing NumberFormatter.
NumberFormatter.parseDigitsInfo throws for malformed values. The formatted component calls transformFormatted during initial rendering and on value changes. No error boundary protects these calls, so an invalid component or configured digitsInfo can prevent the formatted value from being assigned.
Catch the error, log a warning through _log, and use DEFAULT_NUMBER_FORMAT.digitsInfo while preserving the resolved separators. Caching the formatter is a separate performance improvement, not part of this failure fix.
