config providers lists retired providers (Kimi K2, CrossModel) that the settings UI hides #777

What happened?

codexbar config providers prints one row per ProviderId::all() (list_providers, rust/src/cli/config.rs:512 on main at 09b4a95), so it lists the retired providers as kimik2: disabled (Kimi K2 (removed)) and crossmodel: disabled (CrossModel (removed)). An app that builds its provider list from this command offers both to users (DreamyTalesPAN/CodexBar-Display#547). The settings UI already hides deprecated providers unless they are enabled (ProviderId::is_deprecated(), rust/src/core/provider.rs).

Proposed fix

Apply the settings UI's rule to config providers: list a deprecated provider only while it is enabled. ProviderId::from_cli_name stays unchanged, so --provider kimik2 and config enable kimik2 keep resolving. Our fork does this in one file with tests: marcus7989#6. Happy to send a PR.
