UI alignment and spacing issues when accessing a phone or tablet

• On Action table, Game tracker at bottom of screen does not align well on iphone
• On Action table, Perform Action and Projector buttons don’t display well on iphone
• On budget screen on iphone HQ/Branch toggles don’t visually align well
• Game name cut off on iphone when entering or creating new game
