Set the embedded kit version to v0.5.0 so the new release installs its updated worker policies into a separate versioned kit directory. Update the upgrade notification example for the 0.4.0 to 0.5.0 transition.
Validation:
mise exec -- just checkandmise exec -- just release-drypassed. Explicit v0.5.0 linker metadata was also checked in Darwin arm64 and Linux amd64 builds. The dry-run archives use the existing tag's snapshot label; the public v0.5.0 tag will supply the release binary version.
