Tool discovery previously skipped both required and optional task support, preventing optional tools from being called. It now skips only tools that require the Tasks extension; optional, forbidden, and tools without execution metadata remain available through the normal MCP call path.

The regression test checks optional tool registration, parameter and metadata mapping, successful invocation, and that only required tools produce a skip warning. It also confirms required tools are absent from the mappings.

ssccinng, the required Related Issue answer is missing. Please link the agreed issue with a closing keyword, or explain why this qualifies for the documented trivial-change or repository-automation exception. The implementation and regression summary are otherwise substantive.
