Upgrade the five pending Rust dependencies together: Tauri 2.12.2, updater 2.13.2, filesystem 2.6.0, single-instance 2.5.2, and process 2.4.0. Consolidating their overlapping Cargo.lock changes keeps the existing rustls 0.23.45 security fix and avoids unrelated transitive patch upgrades.
The full Tauri build rejects the Rust-only upgrades because the npm filesystem, process, and updater plugins are on older minor versions. Upgrade and pin those three npm plugins to the matching versions so the desktop build accepts the combined dependency set.
Supersedes #173, #174, #175, #176, and #177.
Validation:
