On Windows/Linux, the fullscreen binding collapsed to Ctrl+F and intercepted reading-mode search. Use F11 for fullscreen there while keeping Ctrl+Cmd+F on macOS, and share the platform-specific binding with Help and command palette hints.

Extract the existing shortcut matcher into a pure function and add regression coverage for find/fullscreen separation, modifiers, shifted symbols, and keypad shortcuts.

Closes #178.

Validation:

  • bun test: 91 passed.
  • bun run build: passed.
  • git diff --check: passed.
  • Native smoke testing remains unverified: the UI tool could not attach to the development binary. Windows/Linux shortcut behavior is covered by unit tests.
