- /tv?box= starts the speaker without a press when nobody else is playing, and never takes over - pairing takes kind and suggestedName from a box; a lookup tells the pairing phone the defaults - web/src/lib/box.ts talks to boxd on loopback: info, events, heartbeat, remote care calls - a box skips person prompts: a new app version reloads itself instead of offering

Box mode on /tv: the speaker starts without a press, and the page talks to the box's own daemon. For MAD-802 (ADR 0016).
/tv?box=pairs as a box (kind + suggestedName on the pairing, a lookup so the phone's dialog defaults right) and auto-starts the speaker only when nobody else is playingweb/src/lib/box.ts: the box bridge on loopback — /v1/info, events, 30 s heartbeat, reboot/reload for stage 4
