Overview
Upgrades the Gradle Wrapper distribution from 8.10.2 to 9.7.1 by changing distributionUrl in gradle-wrapper.properties.

Regenerates gradlew and gradlew.bat to match the 9.7.1 wrapper templates: the launcher now starts the wrapper via -jar …/gradle-wrapper.jar instead of -classpath … org.gradle.wrapper.GradleWrapperMain, with small script fixes (e.g. APP_HOME printf, Windows setlocal EnableExtensions / exit handling).

No application or build.gradle changes are included—only how CI and local ./gradlew runs resolve the Gradle version.
