The iOS CI job fails before compilation because Xcode 16.2 is no longer installed on macos-latest. Use the same macos-15 runner as the successful native release build and select its latest stable Xcode with setup-xcode's documented input.
Validation: the 1.17.1 iOS native release build already passed on macos-15; actionlint validates the workflow. Android, typecheck, and library-build jobs passed on the original upgrade.
Also use the documented cache-primary-key output when saving the CocoaPods cache; actionlint caught the obsolete cache-key output.
