feat: add MicroHs browser bundle

Add the pinned, byte-identical MicroHs web-mhs browser bundle for client-side Haskell support in LiveCodes. Includes the Emscripten JavaScript loader, WebAssembly runtime, and provenance/checksum documentation. The LiveCodes integration will drive the interactive REPL because the published bundle is not compiled with the batch execution path.
