Reason
The PIN setup guide points platforms to
PATCH /platform/config, but the existing configuration route isPATCH /config.Overview
Correct that reference in the PIN guide and GET PIN URL operation, and rebuild both bundled OpenAPI specs. This follows the merged PIN contract in #897; endpoint behavior and schema shapes are unchanged. Webdev #34392 includes the corresponding generated documentation correction.
