Integrate Dependabot updates for qs 6.17.0 (#393), sharp 0.35.5 (#372), fast-uri 3.1.9 (#391), zod 4.6.7 (#390), and undici 7.30.1 (#389), retaining their original commits.
The Sharp loader test hard-coded 0.35.3, causing every platform to fail after the upgrade. Read package metadata relative to Sharp's resolved entry, matching the extension build and respecting Sharp's package exports. The assertion now checks the native module against the installed package version. Include the latest main fixes for Windows regression tests and private CSI sequences being mistaken for terminal frames.
Validation: clean npm ci, typecheck/lint/format checks, CLI tests (493 passed), core tests (534 passed, 2 platform skips), extension tests (64 passed), and VSCode packaging passed locally. GitHub Actions verifies the Node 22/24 matrix on Ubuntu, Windows, and macOS before merge.
