Prepares the 0.8.14 release by aligning the desktop app, native backend, Web Clipper, and npm/Cargo lockfiles at version 0.8.14.
Adds the dated changelog entry covering user-facing changes since 0.8.13, including Claude and Codex runtime improvements, restored image attachments, approval and cancellation fixes, and the PDF text-extraction security fix. Omits the internal ACP SDK update from the release notes.
