…pl-pp to 0.6.5 - sbt: Scala 3.9.0 (root, schema-extender), codepropertygraph 1.7.79, scala-repl-pp 0.6.5 (published per Scala version), scalafix testkit 3.9.0 - Bazel: Scala 3.9.0, rules_scala 7.3.0, bazel_tooling and codepropertygraph pinned to the Scala 3.9.0 commits, scala-repl-pp_3.9.0 instead of the LTS build (matches the compiler/library version), repin maven_install.json
Scala 3.9 no longer supports a type ascription after a pattern other than a variable or number literal pattern, which fails the build under -Werror.
