The class name matched none of the Surefire includes (*Test, Issue*, Hbs*), so the @last-over-object test added for jknack#439 never ran.

EachObjectWithLastmatches none of the Surefire includes (*Test,Issue*,Hbs*), so the@last-over-object test added for #439 has never run. This renames it toEachObjectWithLastTest; it passes, and it is the only test that fails ifEachHelperstops setting@lastwhen iterating a map.
