README index rows updated, including the ADR-012 Store Sales profile reason. - Governance (D20): ADC and Store scorecard and backlog evidence and anchors for sections 1, 2, 8, 12, 14, 15, 20, 25, 26, 29, 31, 34, TD-08 recorded once in the Common backlog, the Store notification TD names all three pages. No score or index changes (scorecard-indices.ps1 output identical before and after). - Guides: store-NavigationFlow gains the Identity admin pages and counts 19 admin pages; adc-NavigationFlow gains a Framework-Owned Routes section. - Regenerated docs/, search index, platform.html and sitemap.xml.
