WIGGLE-VIDEO-01 implements a typed rational-time plan for continuous parameters, gestures, ordered discrete operations and source-sampled controls. The driver hands actual adapter frames to the existing movie-from-stills builder and retains inputs, source/tool hashes, frame hashes and failed attempts.
Candidate contract tests pass locally through Flexible Pipes with checked Ithon, including malformed-input and rejected-adapter controls. The published tree matches local tested tree b6929d014db72f007ea8fbd3da44321df488dad1; API publication has a different commit identity. Exact published-commit checks remain required. Application adapter qualification, genuine application MP4s, audio synchronization, long-stream/interruption/out-of-space checks and independent mathematical acceptance remain open. Partial implementation only; no new encoder or Mathieu video PR.
