Adds a checked, parameter-bound GitHub fork helper and exact Kitchen submodule pins for MicroPython, Field Mouse, and MuJS.
Pins:
MicroPython is deliberately not recursively initialized by default because its hardware-specific submodule graph is large. Cat Food remains the Android delivery owner; Kitchen pins source only.
